Shipping Policy

1. Shipping time
We are committed to processing your order efficiently, and the order will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days. Please rest assured that our team will pack and send out your favorite camping equipment as quickly as possible.

The time range for order delivery is divided into processing time and transportation time. The processing time is generally 1-2 days. During this time, we will carefully check the order information, carefully select and pack the goods. In terms of transportation time, if you choose standard transportation, it usually takes 5-8 working days.

However, it should be noted that these estimated delivery times are for reference only. The actual delivery time may fluctuate due to various unforeseen factors, such as customs clearance and weather conditions during transportation.

2. Shipping costs and range
Generally speaking, for ordinary camping equipment orders with lighter weight and smaller volume, the shipping costs are roughly in the range of US$5-20 for destinations such as the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom; if the goods are heavier, larger in volume, or sent to relatively remote areas, the shipping costs may increase. The specific amount will be automatically calculated and displayed by the system when you check out.

At present, our transportation network covers a wide range and can provide transportation services to many foreign countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, etc. We are doing our best to continuously optimize the logistics system and strive to enhance the international shopping experience of other customers. In the future, we will gradually provide convenient transportation services to friends in more countries.

3. Address change
If the goods are already in transit, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address. To avoid this situation, please check the delivery address carefully when placing an order. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please be sure to contact us by sending an email to Redmond.Daughertydxl@outlook.com within 24 hours after placing the order. Our customer service team will respond promptly to assist you in completing the address change.

4. Order cancellation
If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept the cancellation request before shipping. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel or edit your order. For refund matters, please refer to our refund policy.

5. Package damaged in transit
If you find that the package is damaged in transit, please do not sign for it, directly refuse the courier, and contact our customer service immediately. If the package is delivered without your knowledge, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will guide you through the subsequent processing steps to protect your rights.

6. Packages lost during transportation
If your items have not arrived within 30 calendar days, please contact us at Redmond.Daughertydxl@outlook.com. After we receive feedback, we will conduct an investigation within 24-48 hours and do our best to help you find the whereabouts of the package.

7. Order tracking
You can log in to our store account, find the order tracking link on the order details page, enter the relevant information, and you can view the transportation status of the order in real time, understand the current location of your camping equipment, and wait for delivery with peace of mind.
